    What types of magnets do you offer?
    We offer Neodymium magnets, Ferrite magnets, SmCo-Magnets and alNiCo magnets as well as complete magnetic assemblies and Assemblies – in standard forms and as custom-made solution.
    I only need standard magnets – is it still worth getting in touch?
    Yes. As a B2B customer or university, you receive tailored pricing from us, even for standard sizes, plus personalized advice on quantities and delivery times.
    Do you offer custom magnet solutions?
    Yes, Custom orders are our core competency. We develop individual solutions based on your CAD data or requirements – from prototypes to large series.
    How quickly will I receive a quote?
    Usually within 24–48 hours. For complex projects with FEM simulation, 2-3 working days. Express offers possible within 24 hours.
    How fast is the delivery?
    Standard products usually in 1–2 weeks. Custom productions: Prototypes in 1–3 weeks, series in 2–4 weeks. Express production on request.
    Are there minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
    For Prototypes and samples no minimum purchase – from 1 piece. For Series quantities from 100 units are economically optimal, smaller series are possible.
    In which countries do you deliver?
    We deliver worldwide to industrial and business customers. Express shipping and just-in-time are available; we handle customs clearance and export documentation.
    How is quality ensured?
    Through 100% final inspection: Gauss measurement, holding force tests, dimensional measurement technology, material data sheets, 3.1 certificates according to EN 10204 and complete batch traceability.
    Can you provide technical advice?
    Yes – free of charge. Our engineering team supports material selection, sizing, FEM simulation, CAD integration, temperature design, and assembly solutions.
    Are your magnets temperature resistant?
    Neodymium: up to 230 °C, SmCo: up to 350 °C, AlNiCo: up to 550 °C, Ferrite: up to 250 °C. More below Temperature resistance.
    What coatings are possible?
    Standard: Nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni), zinc, epoxy. Special: Gold, PTFE, rubber coating, parylene, plastic overmolding. More below Coatings.
    Can magnets be manufactured according to drawing?
    Yes, exactly CAD data (STEP, IGES, DXF, Parasolid) or technical drawings. Tolerances up to ±0.05 mm possible.
    Do you offer samples?
    Yes, free samples (only shipping costs) to test your application. For custom orders, we produce paid prototypes that will be credited for bulk orders.
