Each magnetic material has specific strengths. Choose based on force, temperature, environment, and budget.

Nd
Neodymium Magnets (NdFeB)
The strongest permanent magnets – highest energy density with minimal space. N35 up to N52, high temperature up to 230 °C (TH).

Which magnetic material is right for my application?
Neodymium: If you need maximum strength in minimal space (motors, sensors). SmCo: For high temperatures (>150 °C) or corrosive environments. Ferrite: For large series and moderate force requirements (cost-effective). AlNiCo: For extreme temperatures (>300 °C) and high precision. Use our Material comparison or contact us.
Are standard sizes available from stock?
Yes. The most common standard sizes (discs Ø5–50 mm, blocks 10×10×5 to 50×25×10 mm, rings in various dimensions) are available directly. Delivery time: 2–5 working days. The fastest way is to inquire via our Contact form. For custom sizes or large quantities, please use our custom-made solution.
Can you also manufacture custom magnets according to drawing?
Yes, Custom manufacturing is our core competence. Send us your CAD data (STEP, IGES), technical drawing (PDF/DXF) or requirements (force, temperature, installation space). We will create a technical offer with FEM simulation in 24–48 hours. Prototypes in 1–3 weeks, series production from 100 pieces.
